Moving from North London to Forest Row opened my heart to deeper connections with nature and kindred spirits. A chance encounter led to an enchanting forest walk through Ashdown Forest, where ancient trees, wild mushrooms, and profound conversations about energy and consciousness reminded me that we're all deeply interconnected. Sometimes the most transformative journeys begin with stepping into the unknown.

Three and a half weeks in Germany left me feeling absolutely recharged! This incredible journey perfectly embodied living your passion while nurturing wellbeing. From spontaneous gut health conversations to PSYCH-K® sessions on the road, from rekindling my love for golf to experiencing my first Iron Maiden concert - every moment was transformative. Claudia and I drove 4,000km in her camper van, discovering beautiful venues from ancient castles to mountain amphitheaters.

On this most sacred evening of the year, thousands of candles illuminate the snow-covered graveyards across Finland.
