As a preferred PSYCH-K® facilitator, I offer this rapid and effective method for reprogramming your subconscious mind. PSYCH-K® can help you transform stress, change limiting beliefs, achieve your goals, and create lasting positive change in various areas of your life, from health and relationships to career and personal growth. 3. Hypnotherapy
Through the power of hypnosis, we can access your subconscious mind to address deep-seated issues, overcome phobias, break unwanted habits, and instill positive new behaviors. Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful tool for personal transformation.

 

Duration: 180 minutes

Investment: £350


Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Choosing to work with me in one single session is best suited if you want to use PSYCH-K® or hypnosis to work on limiting beliefs or addictions like smoking cessation, fear of public speaking, gaining self-confidence and many other issues.
