My Side Hustle
The Toyota Principle
Let me ask you something.
When you last had a truly great meal at a restaurant you'd never been to before, what did you do?
You told people. Probably more than once. You recommended it, maybe sent the link, maybe dragged a friend there the following weekend. You may even have written a 5-star Google review with pictures. And the restaurant didn't pay you a penny for it.
When you discovered a film that moved you, or a book that changed how you saw the world, you shared it. Because that's what humans do. We share the things that matter to us.
I've been driving the same car for 14 years. It has never once let me down. If you ask me about it, I will talk for an hour. It's a Toyota Prius, since you asked. Has Toyota ever paid me a discount or a commission for being their most enthusiastic unpaid ambassador? You already know the answer.
Now. What if they did?
The System You Inherited
Most of us spend our entire lives inside a system that was built by someone else, for someone else's benefit. We trade our time for money. We spend that money in shops that pocket it. We recommend things we love so that others can enjoy them as well and receive nothing for it. We work harder every year while inflation quietly eats what we've earned.
Nobody sat us down and said this was the only way. We just... inherited it.
The world is changing though. More and more people are waking up to the fact that there are smarter ways to move through it. Not get-rich-quick schemes. Not risky investments. Not giving up your career or your life. Something much simpler than any of that.
A shift in how you spend the money you were already going to spend. And a conversation about it with the people you were already going to talk to.
That's it. That's the whole idea.
How It Actually Works
I am an independent partner of a company that has been operating for over 30 years, available in more than 70 countries, built around one simple and rather brilliant principle: instead of pouring millions into advertising to get you to buy their products, they share that money with the people who actually use and recommend them.
You become your own customer first. You shop in your own online lifestyle shop, for products you would buy anyway: personal care, nutrition, supplements, household essentials, even dog food. High quality, natural, rigorously tested. You redirect your existing spending into your own shop instead of somewhere else.
And then, if someone you know asks what you've been doing differently, or why you seem so much more energetic, or what you've changed, you simply tell them. If they want to open their own shop and do the same, you show them how. When they shop, you earn a share. When the people they tell also join, you earn a share of that too.
No selling. No cold calling. No stock to manage. No products to ship. No invoices to send. No complaints to handle. None of that. Around 400 people handle all of it in the background. All you do is live your life, shop consciously, and have real conversations.
This is not a job. It is not a second career. It is not a pyramid. It is not something that requires you to convince anyone of anything. It is simply a smarter way of doing what you already do every day: spending money and talking to people.
Why I Do This
I came to this concept through a personal transformation that quite literally changed the way I experience being alive. You can read the full story in my blog, but the short version is: I found a range of products that woke something up in me that I had never felt before. Real energy. Real goals. The genuine desire to get out of bed every morning and make something happen.
When something changes your life like that, you don't stay quiet about it. You tell people.
But there was something else that drew me in just as strongly as the products themselves, and that was the structure underneath the concept. Because this is not built on competition. It is built on cooperation.
I have spent most of my professional life in environments where people competed for position, for recognition, for the next rung on the ladder. I understand that world. I also know it is exhausting and it is lonely and it is not how humans are actually built to live.
This concept works on an entirely different logic. The more I support the people in my team, the more successful they become. The more successful they become, the more successful I become. My success is literally dependent on their success. There is no version of this where I win by keeping someone else small. That is the foundation of it, and it is the thing that makes this different from almost everything else I have seen in the business world.
Where else do you find experienced, successful people sharing everything they know, openly and generously, with the people coming up behind them? Teaching others to farm, not just handing them food. That is the world I want to be part of. That is the world I want to help build.
Who I Am Looking For
I want to be honest with you here, because I think you deserve it.
I am not looking for numbers. I am looking for people.
This concept works through community, through genuine connection, through a team of people who actually like each other and want each other to succeed. I have friends and former colleagues in countries across the world, from my years with Lufthansa and later in five-star hotels in London. The possibility of building something with like-minded people on every continent is not a vague dream for me, it is a very concrete plan.
But it only works if the people in it are genuinely the right people. So I am selective. Not because I think I am better than anyone, but because I want to build something real and lasting, and that requires real and lasting people.
The person I am looking for probably recognises something of themselves in what they've read on this page. They are health-conscious and curious. They are done with the idea that someone else's system is the only option. They believe that cooperation makes more sense than competition. They are willing to think differently, and to act on that thinking. And they understand that freedom, real freedom, does not fall out of the sky. It is built, carefully and consistently, by people who decide to build it.
If that is you, I would genuinely love to meet you.

Where I Am Now
I want to say one more thing, and I want to say it plainly.
I am not standing here with a yacht in the background and a number in my bank account that will make your eyes water. I started this in September 2025. I have been learning, making mistakes, learning some more. In the months I have been doing this properly, following the approach that works rather than the one I invented for myself, I have been building a team and growing a community, one real conversation at a time.
I am a farmer who has learned how to farm. I am sowing seeds with care, watering them with patience, and trusting the process. My goals are clear and I am moving towards them. The first is a steady monthly income that gives me genuine financial breathing room. The one after that is the freedom to work from anywhere, with the people I choose, doing what I love.
I am not there yet. But I will be. And I am looking for people who want to get there with me.
Because here is the thing: the people who build the most with this concept are not the ones who join when it is already huge. They are the ones who join early, while it is still being built, and build it together.
What Happens Next
If you have read this far, something on this page has spoken to you.
Maybe you are curious about the products and how they could change how you feel. Maybe you are interested in the financial side and want to understand the numbers. Maybe you just want to meet me and have a proper conversation about it. All of those are the right reasons to reach out.
Here is what I promise you: there will be no surprise Zoom call with three people you have never met. There will be no sales pitch. There will be no pressure of any kind. There will be a conversation, just the two of us, to find out if this is something that makes sense for you, in your life, on your terms.
If after that conversation you want to know more, I will point you towards a book that explains the whole concept better than I ever could in one sitting. And if after reading it you want to explore further, we go from there. Step by step. No rush. No pressure. Your pace.
If it turns out this is not for you, that is absolutely fine. The door stays open and so does the friendship. No hard feelings, ever.
But if it is for you, then I cannot wait to meet you.
Get in touch via the contact form below, or send me an email directly at tanya@tanyasperling.com. Tell me a little about yourself and what brought you here. That is all.
I look forward to hearing from you.

One last thing.
The word "hustle" has two meanings. There is the one you already know from this page. And then there is the original one, a dance that swept the world in 1975 and made everyone who heard it want to move.
I have always believed that the best things in life have a rhythm to them. My book Thrive to Survive uses the image of dancing to weave together all the threads of healing. And this new chapter of my life feels exactly like that too: a rhythm you find, a step you learn, a movement you share with others until the whole floor is moving together.
So here, at the end of this page, is my invitation. Not just to contact me. But to do it with a little joy.
Do the Hustle. 🎶💃🎶🕺🎶
