3 Months Coaching including Hypnosis
Working together for three months means that we have the time to dive deep into the issue that you want to work on, as we uncover the root causes and create new beliefs and habits. Life coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal potential, and I will support you to find the answers you are looking for within you. However, the success of the process depends on the implementation of new insights, beliefs and habits by the client, and also the process benefits from the client's engagement. If you wish, we can use hypnosis to open the doors to your subconscious mind and find out why you are who you are, or why you are not who or how you want to be. Hypnosis can also be used to support the implementation of new beliefs and the creation of new habits.
Working for this length of time is best suited when you feel a crisis approaching or when you already find yourself in the middle of it. Depending on what you want to work on, if you choose health and wellness coaching or coaching for burnout to be part of our work together, we can integrate work on the four pillars of wholesome healing that I have identified on my own journey, which all contribute to health and alignment. However, every coaching journey is individual and will be tailored to your needs. Hypnosis can be a part of it, but it doesn't need to be, in order to achieve great results. Should you feel at the end of three months that you want to continue working with me either to dive deeper or work on other issues, that can be individually arranged.
While we work together I am available between our sessions for questions or other support via Whatsapp or email.
